  1. Investor’s funds for investment purposes are kept safe and separate from our business accounts in a segregated client account.
  2. We ensure transparency at all times so that Investors and homebuyers can track their money and confirm where it is kept, how much there is and the history of transactions made on their account(s).
  3. In line with the company Privacy Policy we will ensure processes are in place to safeguard investor and homebuyers information and guarantee accessibility in the event that BunceCrowd ceases to operate.
  4. Our FAQs and Investor & homebuyer Agreements explain exactly how the investment & home buying process works, what our duties and responsibilities are, what due diligence has been undertaken, and what fees and charges will apply and when.
  5. We are committed to hiring competent, professional and honest people, who make sure that we have the systems and processes in place to run our business in a professional and FCA compliant manner with our customers’ interests in mind.
  6. We are dedicated to ensuring that our IT systems and business processes are secure, reliable and proportionate to the nature, scale and complexity of our business and are sufficiently robust to facilitate compliance with applicable law, regulations and this Code of Conduct.
  7. We make every effort to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to our sales and marketing activity, and ensure that our communications are fair, clear and not misleading, that all identifiable risks and potential returns are presented in a balanced way and that Investors are treated fairly.
  8. If Investors or Home buyers are unhappy about any aspect of our service, they have the ability to complain through the Contact Us section of the Site.
  9. Investment monies are always held in segregated client accounts and are protected by the FSCS up to £85,000 until the relevant property is purchased after which you are protected by the security in the asset via the SPV.
  10. Rental income, interest and profits in respect of any of our listed investments are always kept in separate client accounts and never used for the purposes of BunceCrowd business. Should The BunceCrowd go into liquidation, these monies would remain ring-fenced.
  11. In the event that BunceCrowd ceases to trade there are contingency plans in place so that the SPVs can be managed, returns continue to be paid and the properties sold at the relevant time and proceeds returned to investors.
  12. We are dedicated to ensuring that our IT systems and business processes are secure, reliable and proportionate to the nature, scale and complexity of our business and are sufficiently robust to facilitate compliance with applicable law, regulations and this Code of Conduct.
  13. We make every effort to comply with the laws and regulations and any applicable laws relating to our sales and marketing activity, ensuring that risks and potential returns are presented in a reasonable and balanced way.
